What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, at no cost to you for all U.S orders.

Items returned after 30 days and up to 60 days will be eligible for store credit. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Please refer to our shop policy for more details.

Please note that Made to Order styles, Pre-Orders and Final Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event that there is a manufacturer’s defect, please email us at info@marrisawilsonny.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Expedited and rush shipping — as well as international shipping — is available at an extra cost.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all U.S states and over 30 countries internationally.

When will I receive my order?

We pride ourselves on our processing and shipping speed, as we know how excited you are to receive your order and Wear Your Soul. All U.S. orders are processed and shipped via UPS within 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. In some cases, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

What payments are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. You may also pay in interest-free installments via AfterPay.

How does your Made-To-Order model work?

In an effort to reduce waste, better respond to customer demand and continue offering our full extended size range, we have recently introduced our new Made-To-Order model. If you see that your size is listed as “Made to Order” it means that it has sold out, but is still available to purchase through our Made-To-Order model. Once your Made-To-Order purchase is placed, our factory will get right to work and begin custom-making your style, specifically for you. Made-To-Order styles are the exact same price as in stock styles, and also qualify for free U.S. shipping. You will have to be a bit more patient, though, and allow approximately 2-4 weeks for custom-production of Made-To-Order styles.

Please note that, due to their custom production, Made-To-Order styles are not eligible for discounted sale pricing and are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email that your order was received. Once your order has been processed, we will send you another confirmation email letting you know that your package has been shipped, along with your tracking number. All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS.
