WE OFFER SELECT ITEMS AT A PRE-ORDER BEFORE INVENTORY IS PRODUCED. THIS RESERVES YOUR SIZE AND COLOR, THEN ADDS IT TO OUR PRODUCTION RUN. THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE IS NOTED ON EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM. ALTHOUGH WE DO OUR BEST TO ADHERE TO THIS, ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATES ON PRE-ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@MARRISAWILSONNY.COM

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. ALL US ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX OR USPS. SHIPMENTS SHOULD ARRIVE WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AT $7.50. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY SHIP DOMESTICALLY.

RETURN POLICY

WE HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS AND UP TO 60 DAYS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. MARRISA WILSON NY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY. 

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. EMAIL INFO@MARRISAWILSONNY.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE, RETURN, OR STORE CREDIT. 

2. SHIP ITEMS TO THE ADDRESS THAT WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, WE WILL ISSUE YOU A REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR A STORE CREDIT NUMBER. CLAIMS FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE BY SHIPPER.
