PRE-ORDER

WE OFFER SELECT ITEMS AT A PRE-ORDER BEFORE INVENTORY IS PRODUCED. THIS RESERVES YOUR SIZE AND COLOR, THAN ADDS IT TO OUR PRODUCTION RUN. THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE IS NOTED ON EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM. ALTHOUGH WE DO OUR BEST TO ADHERE TO THIS, ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATES ON PRE-ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@MARRISAWILSONNY.COM


RETURN POLICY

WE HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.  ALL PRE-ORDER AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. MARRISA WILSON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY. 

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. EMAIL INFO@MARRISAWILSONNY.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE, RETURN, OR STORE CREDIT. 

2. SHIP ITEMS TO THE ADDRESS THAT WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, WE WILL ISSUE YOU A STORE CREDIT NUMBER. CLAIMS FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE BY SHIPPER.
